Roasted Garlic Balsamic Marinated Chicken...it's what was for dinner at our house yesterday evening.
There is a marinade by Lea & Perrins called Roasted Garlic Balsamic. It's in a bag, and it makes it really simple to marinate what you need to marinate, and it's absolutely delicious! We simply place our meat in this marinade for at least the minimum amount of recommended time.
After it's finished marinating we place the chicken in a baking dish and bake it until it's done. That simple!
