It's Monday, and it has been a Monday! It's been a long,and busy workday. I've also cleaned house, and did laundry. Since I've been up since 6AM, it's hotdogs for dinner this evening. Something fast and simple! While the food is simple, the people I share this dinner with are so special. Hearing our kids' laughs and stories about their day around our dinner table is something I look forward to doing each and every evening!
