Tortilla Roll-Ups

So, this is on our Christmas Eve menu. We're having finger foods, and it's great! Here's how we made these.

Ingredients:

1 8 Ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/3 Cup chunky salsa
1/4 Cup chopped green onion
1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas

Directions: 

1. Beat cream cheese until it is smooth. 
2. Add the other ingredients, and mix together.
3. Spread on tortillas.
4. Roll up tightly and chill for at least 2 hours.

We actually cut our tortillas into small pieces to make the roll-ups small or bite sized.

Serve these with more salsa or guacamole.
