I met my husband when we were both in high school.  I was taking a Nursing class and he was taking Carpentry.  So.  It comes to no surprise to me at his love for woodwork.  I remember, even when we were dating, how he and my dad would be in my dad's woodworking shop.  And.  Now, my husband has a lathe of his own.  And, the things he creates with his time, his skill, and his talent...these things just are wonderful!



Justin gave me these Captive Ring Goblets as he told me the legend of them. It's been told that newly married couples were given these goblets with captive rings as a wedding gift. As long as the ring stayed intact, so would the marriage.









He's also been making some really neat bowls...







And, I'm loving the coffee scoops he's been doing!
