By the way, yummy goodness is happening in our kitchen this evening. Stir fry (beef, green bell peppers, and onions), broccoli and cheese, baked sweet potatoes, and these awesome spinach and artichoke stuffed mushrooms.

In the fireplace that is! When Bo first saw the flames, he really didn't know what to think about it. Now, he's relaxing by the fire (and we're loving it as much as he is).

Sunday Morning Coffee and We're Getting Closer to a Fire!

This Sunday...

Two cups of coffee not in a to go cup on this Sunday morning, it's going to be a great day!

And...just because he's awesome like that, my guy is putting together our new fireplace! Might I mention, I've always wanted a fireplace!

While our fireplace is being put together, our 15 year old plays with the box...it's her "spaceship."
This life of mine...I'm one blessed girl, and I know it!

And...We Have Pumpkins...

They may be a little bit ugly, but they're pumpkins...

There are these knot/wart looking things all over the pumpkins, but they'll serve the purpose until we get some that are knot/wart free.

A pumpkin farmer stopped by where I work yesterday, and gave us these pumpkins. Kindness from the community...awesome stuff!

We Found Another Marble

As I've said before, there was an old schoolhouse on the new property that we bought. We have found a few marbles there, that the students must have played with at some point. So much history at our place. I'm just happy that we're a part of the story!

Look at this View!

We plan to clear out the trees that are blocking the view, but look at the mountains! This is the view from our new property. The more I am up there, the more I see why my husband wants to move there.

We were up there yesterday evening, and we also saw some Easter Lilies trying to make an appearance.
