Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz prepared Ranch dressing (Hidden Valley)
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper/Cayenne Pepper
- 18 large white mushrooms
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Wash the mushrooms.
3. Cook and brown sausage in a large skillet, and stir it until it crumbles and is no longer pink.
4. Drain.

5. Combine the sausage, cheese, Ranch dressing, and red pepper in a large bowl. Fill each mushroom with the mixture.
6. Bake for 17-20 minutes, until heated through.
