This week my husband and I have been on vacation.We've had group time with a cook-out with our Small Group from our Church. We've had neighbors visit the farm and baby sheep be born. There's been slow mornings with big breakfasts. And. Then there's been this. We have been back and forth, struggling with the decision on whether to move to our farm or not. We've decided that, yes, it's time. We've turned in the application for our septic permit, and have things starting to move forward. What a wild ride this year is going to be. All of the newness of moving to our place on the farm. Our very own farm house. What a crazy exciting thing! And. Our Sam. He started wandering off of the farm at some points, and we didn't want him to get lost, so we now have this collar for him. It doesn't bother him. He lays down great, he maneuvers around wonderfully, and it does the trick. He's such an awesome dog!

It's been awhile.  Life has been going full speed, and it's not taking the time to slow down even for a second.  I'm loving it though.  And.  I'm loving these people I do life with! And. We've definitely been doing life. Last Wednesday was Justin's birthday.  We celebrated on Saturday.  Along with some of our friends we took the kids to Just Jump, and we went to eat at Cracker Barrel.  It was great!  A video of the Just Jump experience is included here as well. Life has been good. It's been hard, it's been beautiful, and it's been good! And. I'm thankful! Monday was the first day of Spring. It's been such nice weather. It's made me bring out the Spring decorations. I'm loving it, y'all! I think our fur babies are even loving the weather! The kids have had a little bit of sickness this week. Breann with a terrible cough, and Troy with some kind of stomach upset. They are doing better now though. Thank goodness! Our Bible Journaling group started back up this week, and we are studying Proverbs. I was unable to attend on Monday due to the kids being sick, but I was able to journal at home. Here is what I've did. Proverbs is my favorite book of the Bible. It's awesome! And. Here is our video of Just Jump:  

Wow! It's been over two weeks since I've written anything here. What in the world?!?

Playing catch up for sure!

Then, I think about those words "playing catch up." We really can't play catch up in our lives. To me. Playing catch up means making up for lost time. Nobody can get back the time that is gone. The time that is gone is gone. That's why we need to value every moment, folks. I know! Deep thoughts today, huh?
